Worry And Laughter Before The Exam

With just a week left for my black belt exam, worry started to creep in.
What if I forgot a step? What if my stance wasn’t perfect?
Instead of letting those thoughts take over, I decided to channel them into discipline.
I began waking up at 5:00 a.m. every day, practicing even at home and sometimes asking my mom to watch my movements and point out what looked off. Her feedback and occasional laughter when I slipped or missed a stance reminded me that growth comes with lightness too.
