Rising strong at Shri Agrasen Vidyalaya

As the girls lined up for their morning session, many were unsure of what to expect. We noticed a mix of curiosity, boredom, and hesitation, so breaking the ice was essential.
We started with a simple yet energizing activity to engage them and get them moving.
We asked them to lift one leg as high as possible, as if trying to “kick the sky.”
We counted together: “One, two, three – KICK!”
We did a few rounds, switching legs, and asked them to do it in unison.
Initially, the participants giggled, but they quickly became engaged in the activity. The exercise was both physically energizing and built confidence.

What might have seemed like a small physical movement of raising a leg in unison was, in fact, a powerful symbol of progress. It demonstrated their willingness to try, learn, and take control of their own strengths.
