Our free sessions are thoughtfully structured to cover various aspects of self-defense training.
Each session includes:
Strength-building exercises: These exercises focus on improving physical fitness, agility, and endurance, ensuring participants are physically prepared to respond to potential threats.
Basic Karate training: We introduce participants to foundational Karate techniques that are easy to learn yet highly effective. These techniques can be applied in real-life scenarios, giving girls practical tools to defend themselves in unsafe situations.
Practical application and demonstration: We emphasize hands-on practice, allowing participants to apply what they’ve learned in realistic settings. Through guided demonstrations and real-life simulations, we teach them how to effectively react under pressure.
Awareness talks: In addition to physical training, we conduct awareness talks that educate participants on personal safety, situational awareness, and understanding potential risks. These sessions empower girls to recognize and avoid danger before it escalates, instilling a heightened sense of alertness.
By the end of each session, participants leave not only with basic self-defense skills but also with an increased awareness of their own capabilities. They become more conscious of how to navigate their surroundings and protect themselves in challenging situations.
Key Features of Our Framework:
6 FREE SESSIONS: These are conducted by highly qualified and trained professionals who are experts in self-defense and martial arts. These free sessions introduce participants to strength-building exercises, basic Karate techniques, and practical applications through real-life demonstrations. Additionally, we hold awareness talks, educating participants on personal safety and situational awareness.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: At the end of the 6 free sessions, participants are awarded a certificate recognizing their dedication and successful completion of the program. This certification not only highlights their achievement but also boosts their confidence in their newfound skills.
6 ADDITIONAL SESSIONS: For those who wish to continue honing their self-defense skills, we offer 6 additional sessions at a very nominal cost. These sessions delve deeper into advanced techniques and provide further opportunities for practice, helping participants refine and expand their skillset.
YELLOW BELT EXAMINATION: Participants who complete all 12 sessions will be eligible to appear for the Yellow Belt Examination, conducted by the Federation of Shotokan Karate-Do of India (FSKAI). This marks the beginning of their formal Karate journey, offering them the chance to advance further in martial arts and self-defense.
