The National Cadet Corps (NCC), which is an integral part of the Indian Army, has always fascinated me. It is more than just drills and parades. It is a space where students learn discipline, leadership, teamwork, and a deep sense of civic responsibility.
I felt humbled seeing the girls in their NCC uniform come to me for self-defense training. While the NCC teaches precision, coordination, and courage, self-defense adds a crucial layer of personal safety and the confidence to respond effectively in real-life situations.
Watching these girls practice kicks, punches, and self-defense techniques with precision gave me immense joy.
